Changhong Partners with Alcatel for IPTV Development

On October 28 Chinese Changhong and Alcatel Shanghai Bell signed a MoU whereby the two companies will cooperate on the development of IPTV in China, with a special focus on developing set-top boxes for China Telecom. Changhong is also cooperating with other companies for the development of IPTV in China, including Microsoft, as it hopes to establish a complete industrial chain.
